Welcome to Heights United Soccer Club Online Registration! Please follow the links and the instructions to ensure a smooth soccer registration submission at the CHUH library on June 25 from 5:00 – 7:30. Please make sure you have access to a printer!

For all players:

A. Please register and pay here: Active.Com Registration
Please have the following ready before registering, Doctor and Dentist name and number, volunteer position selection and your credit card.

After you click on the green register now button, we recommend selecting option C Guest Access.
B. Download and print the following from these links:
1. HUSC Parent/Policy Manual
2. Volunteer Listing
3. Volunteer Job descriptions
4a. OYSAN Registration and Waiver OR
4b. Search for Pre-filled OYSAN Registration and waiver
5. Parent and player codes of conduct
6. HUSC liability waiver.
7. New Uniform form - required for new players (as needed for returning players)

C. Bring the following signed and filled out to registration on June 25th
1. HUSC Parent code of conduct
2. HUSC Player code of conduct
3. Signed HUSC liability waiver
4. Signed OYSAN Registration and waiver
5. Volunteer job selection or check for $50
6. Uniform form - if needed
7. If you do not wish to pay be credit card, you must submit a check for $250 or $300 depending on volunteer selection
New to the club players must also bring:
8. A 1x1 color photograph on photo paper
9. A birth certificate copy or other official proof of age such as an unexpired passport
Please download and print out our new policy manual and keep for future reference. Your registration is confirmation that you have received and read the HUSC parent policy manual.
If you cannot attend on June 25th, please mail all registration materials by July 5, to:
